Jeannine “Jen” Balletto is a dedicated business owner who believes that organization can be found in any chaos. Jen has a passion for leveraging her past experiences through planning and accountability. She uses these skills to help entrepreneurs find their tools for efficiency, and give clients back their valuable time. She started Balletto OBM to do just that. Because time is our most precious commodity. Whether it’s time to put back into the things you should be doing within your business, or time for your personal life, your time should be used wisely, not spent in the weeds.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Jen comes from 20 years of experience working in corporate, in the pharmaceutical advertising industry. She’s been a project manager and a regulatory review manager for a Fortune 15 company, and a “Best Places to Work” by Ad Age winner. During this time in New York and Philadelphia, Jen honed her skills in project management, process development and improvement, change management, team leadership, account management, custom software planning, tech systems, and launches working with national and international clients. In 2019, Jen left the creative corporate hustle and moved to Italy. From here the opportunity and desire to start Balletto OBM was born…to help fellow entrepreneurs achieve success. In short – to help you make you look good.
