This 90 minute call is designed to help you clearly define what needs to happen in your business, and the game plan to get it there. It gives you the strategies and tools you need to implement our plan, and grow your business. You will go from being a potential bottleneck, to setting your organization up for sustainable growth.

We’ll prepare. Assessment of your online presence and review of your questionnaire is conducted prior to the call. This helps us make the most of our 90 minutes together.

• 90 minutes of uninterrupted (video call) time with Jen for getting down to business.
• A thorough audit of your current systems and processes. Here, we uncover your challenges, and define your goals. 
• An assessment of your current tech platforms, and recommendations on what you should level up, use differently, and streamline. Tweaks like this can level up your business fast.
• The Plan – A 90 day road map. This is your custom crafted, detailed, plan of action, and recommendations to implement! The plan will be delivered no later than 5 business days after our call.
• The answers to as many questions as you can ask an OBM! These can range from questions on operations, project management, process application, marketing, team, change management, launches, etc.
• One week of follow up email support after the delivery of your 90 Day Plan to back you up as you get started putting our plan into place.
